This Privacy Policy explains how Community Health Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this website (https://commhealthbenefits.com). This site is an informational resource that summarizes employee benefits; it is not a place to enroll in or manage your benefits. We have tried to keep this policy plain and honest about the limited data this site collects.

Information We Collect

We collect very little. Specifically:

  • Usage and device information (automatic). When you visit, our analytics provider records standard technical information such as the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), your browser and device type, and the site that referred you.   • Information you choose to provide. If you contact us through a link or email address on this site, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
